But before you pull the trigger on the email send button, let’s start with some of the top questions we receive and the easy fixes. These simple solutions should get you back on track.

Log in takes me back to the home page/ help I can’t log in
We are working on this issue – but if you are experiencing logging in, only to be taken to http://theinvisionlab.com/ — then please follow these instructions to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Also, before trying the instructions below – you can also try switching to a different browser. If you’d prefer to keep your same browser then follow these instructions to clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
If you are using the latest version of Firefox – then either Mac or PC follow these instructions-
Click on this little icon — it is to the right of the URL bar, just above the scroll bar. In the image below- you’ll see I’ve just clicked on it and it opens up the Firefox Tools Menu. From here – click on the History button, it has the clock icon:
Once you’ve clicked on the clock – you can then select “Clear Recent History” as shown below:
Now you’ll have another dialog box — make sure you just check the boxes next to Clear Cookies and Clear Cache and that you set the Time Range to clear to “Everything”
If you use Google Chrome – you can simply copy and paste the text below into your browser:
Then, on the next screen select Obliterate items from: [The beginning of time]
then tick the boxes next to Cookies and Cache – leave the other boxes un checked. It should look like this:

Click on the + sign at the bottom right corner of the calendar on the schedule page located here.

I own a Mac laptop and can’t right click
Oh, that is an easy one. Place cursor over the clickable item, hold down the command ⌘ key and click the mouse. Voila, you’re right clicking.

The web event password for all events is invizionyourself | note that we use a Z not an S and it is all lowercase and one word.
How do I get a picture next to my profile in the member directory?
You’ll need a gravatar, and you can get it for free here. Make sure to sign up with the same e-mail address that you used for your Invision Lab login. If your picture is not showing up, be patient as there may be a slight delay on their end. Gravatar customer support is also known for its awesomeness, so feel free to reach out to them if you find this really challenging. You can reach them here.

I’m having trouble seeing the videos. What should I do?
This is usually a login/logout issue. Take the following steps.
- Log out in the upper right corner of the site, then log back in with your username and password. This will refresh access and should do the trick. If not, move onto #2.
- Refresh your browser by first clearing your cache. Then quit the browser application completely and reopen it to start fresh. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome. If this doesn’t work, move onto #3.
- Change your password. Do this by clicking on “Members” in the upper right hand corner of the site and scroll to the bottom of that page and click on “Account Info.” Once you’ve updated your password, log out of the site, then log back in with your new password.
If you’re accessing the videos on your iPad and using the Safari browser, try downloading the Chrome App and access the videos that way.
If these steps don’t work, write [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Ω Are the PDF’s interactive
The pdf’s are very interactive. They come with links to websites, a table of contents that moves you through the pages and sections very quickly, etc… Have a peak at this video.
Ω Where do I access the Coach Call replays?
We’ll send you an email to access every Coach Call replay within 48 hours of it happening. You can also visit Coach Calls in the top navigation bar to grab the replay of any calls. Yeah, that’s right, by grab we mean download so you can listen to it as an mp3 anywhere you are.
Ω How do I download the videos, audios or PDFs?
Currently, we don’t allow downloads for the videos. But everything else is just a right click away.
To download audios or PDFs, right click for PC or control click for Mac where download is indicated.
To download MP3’s to an iPhone or an iPad the easiest thing to do is to download the file first to your computer, and then sync to your device using iTunes.
NOTE- if you do not have a computer and only have an iPad or iPhone then there is currently no way to get any MP3 into iTunes/Music App so the audio is streaming only, meaning you must have a WIFI or decent 3g signal to play the audio.
To download the file to your device for offline playback you must download the file to your computer and then sync to your device using iTunes.
The audio files have an arrow pointing down to the right of their player (desktop/laptops only), which means ‘click on me and i will automatically download onto your computer‘.
Pdf’s are the Transcripts, HomePlay exercises and the Resources. Each have a different system for download.
– Transcripts: you must hover on the word download and click on it. It will download to your computer.
– HomePlay: hover over the sheet and click on it. It will open up in a browser. You can downlaod it in the right hand corner of the document. OR right click on the image and save it to your desktop.
– Resources: same as homeplay. hover over the sheet and click on it. It will open up in a browser. You can downlaod it in the right hand corner of the document. OR right click on the image and save it to your desktop.
Ω Why can’t I download my HomePlay exercises?
Make sure you have a PDF reader, we recommend Adobe Reader (you can grab your free version of Reader here). Alternately, you can use Preview, which comes free on Mac computers. Once you’re clear you have a PDF reader on your computer, click on the Fun Sheet image (right click for PC, control click for Mac) and download or save as.

Ah-ha! The old, ‘where did my email end up?’ You should know that we have little elves whose only job it is to jump all over any incoming emails so we can provide the most awesome customer experience. ∆ BILLING AND PAYMENTS
∆ I’m on the payment plan, when will my card be charged?
You’ll be charged every 30 days with the card that’s on file in our system. You can check on all payment information within the member directory. Simply scroll to the very bottom of the page to the section called “Edit Your Payment Information.” This is where you can update your credit card and check on your next payment due.

∆ How do I change the credit card you are using for my course payments?
To change up the credit card we have in the system, click on the Members tab in the top navigation bar. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you’ll see a section with a link labeled “Account Info.”
Within the “Account Info” section, there is a button labeled “Click Here to Update Your Payment Info” This connects directly and safely with our system.
∆ What if I don’t like The IN-Vizion® Process course and I want a refund?
While we would hate to see you go, if you don’t feel you’ve received value from Colette Baron-Reid’s IN-Vizion® Process course, you can simply turn in your completed HomePlay exercise sheets for all released Modules and we’ll happily refund your money. The deadline for our 30-day refund guarantee is October 19, 2013.
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your completed HomePlay exercise sheets and lab notes you took while listening to the coach calls, an explanation of why this did not work for you, and you will receive a full refund.
You must submit everything requested by 11:59pm eastern US time on October 19, 2013. Why? Because we know that if you complete the exercises in The IN-Vizion® Process course, you’ll get results. It’s that simple!
If you did the work and didn’t get value, then we don’t deserve your money and we’ll happily refund you.
